One for two in the kitchen

Today Tim decided to do a couple of different things for dinner. An Italian Cheese Bread (basically pizza dough + cheese/seasonings on top) and roasted garlic using a ceramic cooker.

The ICB worked out pretty well. Cooked nicely and we enjoyed it.

Italian Cheese Bread worked outThe Roasted Garlic, however, not so much. After 4 minutes in the microwave, per the instructions, the two garlic cloves Tim put in the ceramic hadn’t quite softened up. So he added 2 more minutes on the microwave while cutting the ICB. At the same time both Tim and Janie smelled smoke and turned towards the microwave…which was full of smoke on the inside! Tim quickly stopped the microwave and opened the door, out of which billowed smoke. Sure made the place smell nice (45 degrees outside makes opening all windows not so fun). Guess the garlic got super hot!
