The furnace, a/c condenser and water heater were all 30 years old and recommended to be replaced by each inspector we had in the house. So we are part way through that now, with the furnace removed and a new water heater installed. What a difference that made as we now know what real hot water feels like.
Today the furnace and condenser get installed (and landscaping is coming to clean up the front yard).
